The board of trustees and the HOA community will be having our quarterly meeting with the community at Crosspoint church from 12-2pm in the annex on February 18.  Beverages and snacks will be provided.  Main topic will be the Fiscal Budget for the community and the upcoming projects.

Every resident will receive a monthly statement with the assessment status of your account.  If you find an error please contact Lorenzo Esparza at treasurer@eplospaseos.com.  Mr. Esparza is working in close ties with our HOA accountant to ensure all records and assessment and fees are up to date and with good standing in the community.
